HSK Hero provides its service (the "Service") to you subject to the Terms of Service, and the following Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
HSK Hero supports phone number, email address, and third-party login. If you choose the login method of phone number or email address, you will need to provide us with your phone number or email address, and we collect this information to identify and verify your identity.
When you choose to log in to HSK Hero through a third-party account such as Google, Facebook., you agree that we can obtain the information (including mobile phone number, username, profile picture, friends list, etc.) from Google or Facebook. that you are authorized to share. You also agree to bind your third-party account with your HSK Hero account so that you can directly log in and use HSK Hero through a third-party account and synchronize data between different devices.

If you refuse to agree to HSK Hero obtaining the information you have authorized to share from a third party, you will not be able to register and log in through a third-party account such as Google or Facebook. and you will not be able to synchronize data with your third-party account.
After completing your HSK Hero account registration, HSK Hero will collect your personal data that you submit, such as your username, email address, phone number and any other personal or preference information that you optionally enter into the Service, as well as your personal profile and profile picture.
HSK Hero also automatically collects and generates other areas of usage information, including: service metadata, log data, IP addresses, third-party data and cookie information, some of device information. We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Service feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data, which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). HSK Hero uses such information to fulfil your requests for products and services, and improve our Service to you. If you choose share a HSK Hero invite link with a friend and they click the link they will see your profile image (if you have created one) and name on a landing page within HSK Hero. You can delete and change this data at any time within your profile settings. No other information is visible.
HSK Hero will retain your personal data for as long as we need to in order to fulfil legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may share your data including email addresses with other data processors such as Facebook, Google to provide targeted advertising. For users with a Premium membership sponsored through an organisation we will not share your data for advertising purposes.
